Our Staff and Clincians

 

CBH employs exceptional licensed therapists and clinical staff. We have over twenty experienced licensed clinical and graduate social workers. In addition we employ board certified, seasoned psychatrists, and nurse practioners. Our staff also includes licenced teachers and a registered nurse.

Dr Sushma Jani is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and a Pediatrician. Dr. Jani trained in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry at Indiana University and Johns Hopkins University. She trained in Pediatrics at the University of Maryland. She is board Certified General Psychiatrist, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, Pediatrician, Board Certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, Certified Medical Review Officer, and Diplomat of the American College of Forensic Medicine.

About the Program

A grant-funded initiative in Worcester & Somerset Counties

Momentum supports mothers in recovery with wraparound services, stigma reduction, and access to vital care—through RSPPW, SFIR, and CINA programs.
 

Our Programs

RSPPW
 

Wraparound, non-clinical recovery support for women with substance use disorders. Weekly follow-ups, childcare referrals, culturally responsive services.

SFIR

Focuses on systemic barriers to recovery: expungements, vital records, and transportation. Reaching underserved communities including Haitian Creole and Latino women.

CINA - SB512

Early intervention for substance-exposed newborns. Offers assessment, treatment referral, and family support in collaboration with DSS and LDSS.
