If you have an insurance that is not on this list, and you have Out-of-Network Benefits and are willing to pay as Out-of-Network, then you may become a patient upon approval from your insurance. Please contact us for more information. Certain conditions or restrictions may apply.

Sliding Fee Scale: No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a Discounted Fee Scale available upon request.


For Established Patients: If your insurance changes to one not on this list, to continue services at CBH, you will have to either be approved by your insurance for Out-of-Network services or will assume the cost of services (self pay). About the Program

A grant-funded initiative in Worcester & Somerset Counties

Momentum supports mothers in recovery with wraparound services, stigma reduction, and access to vital care—through RSPPW, SFIR, and CINA programs.
 

Our Programs

RSPPW
 

Wraparound, non-clinical recovery support for women with substance use disorders. Weekly follow-ups, childcare referrals, culturally responsive services.

SFIR

Focuses on systemic barriers to recovery: expungements, vital records, and transportation. Reaching underserved communities including Haitian Creole and Latino women.

CINA - SB512

Early intervention for substance-exposed newborns. Offers assessment, treatment referral, and family support in collaboration with DSS and LDSS.
