Bonnie Bryant

Billing Associate Bonnie Bryant received her GED from the Board of Education in 1981. She also received certificates in "Dealing With Difficult People" at Wor Wic Tech in 1995. She also received pharmacy technician certificate in 2010. Bonnie has been working at CBH since March 2012 where she started in the Welcome Center and moved to the Billing department in 2015.
She now handles all incoming payments for all facilities and applies payments as acquired and is currently working in Community Behavioral Health's Salisbury office.

Kathy Kisela

Senior Billing Specialist, Kathy Kisela, CPC received her Certified Professional Coder Certificate from the American Academy of Professional Coders in 2005. She has been doing medical billing since 1996 and has billing experience in Inpatient, Outpatient, Skilled Nursing, and Behavioral Health settings. She joined Community Behavioral Health as a Billing Specialist in September 2013.

Jennifer Wilson Hardin

Jennifer Wilson Hardin received her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 1992 and in 1993 she earned her Registered Nurse (RN) status with the State of Maryland. Jennifer Wilson Hardin received her Bachelors in Social Work from Salisbury University in 2010, in 2011 she graduated from Salisbury University where she received her Masters in Social Work. She is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in the state of Maryland. She has experience in both Private Practice, School Settings, and Crisis Work. As a therapist she her specialties includes Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. Her other areas of interest include Eye Movement Integration (EMI), Ericksonian Hypnosis, depression and anxiety.Jennifer joined CBH as a PRP Rehab Specialist/therapist and RN in June 2016.

Kimberly Murtha

Kimberly Murtha received her Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science and her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Wilmington University.  Prior to graduation, she was inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society. Kim is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. Her areas of clinical interest include Trauma, relationship issues and Pastoral Counseling. Kim enjoys working with adults, children and adolescents in Individual, Couple and Family Counseling. She has received special training in Attachment Theory, completing a Level I Intensive course. In addition, Kim incorporates CBT, DBT and Trauma Informed approaches with her clients, using a holistic approach. Kim is a member of The American Counseling Association (ACA), the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). She is an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University and is a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.  She will be collaborating with University Chairmen to develop a new course in ‘Emotional Health’, which will be offered as an elective in the Fall of 2017. Kim began working with CBH in March of 2015, providing Clinical, Community and School-Based Counseling and is the Site Supervisor at the Centreville office.
